Physicians who are members of their respective county medical associations are eligible to join BAPP.
BAPP currently includes physicians from San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Alameda,
Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties.
If you are not a member but have initiated the process to join your county medical association,
your BAPP application will be accepted and processed.
Please submit the signature page of the member agreement, a completed credentialing application
(Addendum A of the member agreement), and a completed and signed Physician Pricing Schedule
(see “Codes and Fees), and a check for the one-time credentialing fee and first year’s dues
($250 + $850 = $1100) for all members of medical societies except North Valley.
Once you have been credentialed your application will be forwarded to the BAPP Membership
Committee for approval and submission to the full BAPP board for final approval. This process
usually takes 30-120 days following the completion and return of the application.
Non Member dues:
$1150 + $250 for a total of $1400
North Valley Medical Association Members
Members: $1100
Non Members: $1572.50
