BAPP members may submit any PPO contract for an analysis of its non-financial terms and conditions.  BAPP will return the contract with a paragraph by paragraph objective analysis of the meaning of each clause in clear English. 

BAPP cannot, and does not, advise its members whether or not to participate in an agreement.  This is a business decision that each physician must make for his or herself.
